Transfer Assets between Spot and Futures

Users can transfer their assets via the transfer option on the Asset overview when they click  on balances page. Also, users can do that on each account page.

After clicking on "Transfer" button, user should enter the amount they wish to transfer in USDT to be able to transfer them between Spot account and Futures account.
