How to Withdraw Crypto on the EXOLO Website?

Step 1) Go to Exolo.org, then click balances on the upper right corner of the header then click on Spot Account. In this page click on Withdraw.

Step 2) Select a Coin. Fill in the Wallet address and choose a Corresponding Network. Input the Amount you wish to withdraw, then click confirm to proceed.

Attention: If you check Trust this address, any withdrawal to this wallet in future doesn't require SMS/Email/2FA verification code.

Step 3) The security verification window will pop up. Fill in the trading password, verification code, and the 2FA code to submit the withdrawal request. 

Withdrawals may take a few minutes to a few hours, depending on the coin.

• Exolo usually processes your withdrawal within 30 minutes, but delays may occur due to reasons such as network congestion.

• EXOLO may not be able to recover funds that have left the platform. Contact the receiving platform for further assistance.
• Ensure that the funds are in your Main Account or Trading account when making a withdrawal.

1. We will process your withdrawal within 30 minutes. To enhance the security of your assets, if your withdrawal amount is larger than a certain amount, we have to manually process your request. It depends on the blockchain when the assets will finally be transferred to your receiving wallet.
